<Position Objective/Expectation > - Manufacturing wedding dresses for Japan, Europe, and Western countries (small lot production, mass production) <Job Responsibilities> ・Pattern creation based on design drawings and specifications ・Sample sewing instructions and corrections ・Creating sewing specifications and grading ・Meeting with relevant departments at the Japan headquarters and handling fittings ・Pattern deployment to the production line, sewing instructions, and quality checks ・Pattern data and sample management *CAD software used: YUKA
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Language: more than Conversational level in Japanese (mainly communicate with internal and read ordersheet) ・Experience: We welcome applications from applicants who meet the following criteria: - CAD experience with YUKA, Toray CAD Pattern Magic, etc. - Patternmaking experience specializing in wedding dresses and colored dresses - Product development experience for Japanese or international brands - Experience working with designers on fittings and the ability to suggest revisions - Understanding of sewing specifications and material characteristics (tulle, satin, lace, etc.) <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Having experience in making dress patterns for mass production ・Having work experience in Japan ・Having good communication with the Japanese
