Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- Act as the main liaison between the Head Office and the Ho Chi Minh Office, ensuring smooth communication, task allocation, and project progress management.
- Manage the Design Team at the Ho Chi Minh Office (3–10 members, depending on organizational structure).
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide technical support to team members.
- Review design drawings prepared by team members in accordance with Japanese design standards.
- Attend meetings with supervisors, managers, and Japanese clients when required.
- Provide technical training and guidance to new staff.
- Propose improvements to work processes and enhance overall quality.

- ホーチミンとの窓口として、情報連携、業務の振り分け、プロジェクト進捗の管理を行う方
- ホーチミンの設計チーム(3~10名、体制により変動)を管理する方
- 業務割り当て、進捗フォロー、技術サポートを対応する方
- 日本の設計基準をベースしたメンバー作成図面のレビューを対応する方
- 必要に応じて 上司・管理者、または日本側顧客との打ち合わせを実施する方
- 新人への技術トレーニング、指導を対応する方
- 業務プロセス改善および品質向上に向けた提案を実施する方

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: Under 40 years old
・Gender: Male/Female
・Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering Technology, Environmental Engineering, Urban Planning, or related fields.
・Language: Japanese - Business Level (JLPT N2 or above)
・Experience:
- Over 5 years of experience using AutoCAD or Jw_cad.
- Over 5 years of experience preparing construction drawings/architectural design drawings at a design or construction company.
- Strong communication skills and flexibility in work.
- Willing to work long-term in Ho Chi Minh City.
・Skills:
- High level of accuracy in drafting with strong attention to detail.
- Strong sense of responsibility and perseverance in completing assigned tasks.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience working directly with Japanese clients.
・Previous experience working at a Japanese company or handling outsourcing projects for Japanese clients.
・Experience in training team members and establishing work processes.
・Experience in office management or team management is a plus.
