Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Perform product enhancement activities and review quality improvements to elevate product quality. - Establish processing conditions for trial products to achieve the desired product quality. - Coordinate with relevant departments to plan investigations/improvements for defects found in trial products. - Liaise with Japanese bases as needed. - Engage in daily communication with Japanese staff and Japanese bases. - Create action plans to achieve targets. - Handle other production technical tasks.
Job Requirement
<Requirements> - Education: College degree or higher in Chemistry, Electronics, or a related field. - Language: Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2). - Experience: + At least 5 years of experience working at an electrical or electronics manufacturing company. + Experience working in a technical department (Quality Assurance, Production, Development, or Design) at a Japanese company.
