Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
Provide customer support via email for the Taiwanese version of the game application, answering player inquiries in Chinese (Traditional/Simplified).
・Conduct regular reports to customers and coordinate operations under the direction of Japanese supervisors.
・Collaborate with the Japanese parent company.
・Issue operational instructions to Vietnamese operators and manage their progress.
・Quality control for assigned projects
・Client communication (interactions with client companies)
・Staff evaluation
・Management of work environment and shifts

*A work manual, knowledge materials, and standard response templates are provided, making it easy to get acquainted with the job. 
*Candidates will receive comprehensive training during their first month at the company.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Gender: Any
・Age: 23-35 years old
・Language: Japanese conversational level (N3 or higher) and Chinese business level (HSK 4 or higher, able to read and write in both traditional and simplified)
・Experience:
- At least 1 year of working experience in any position
- Practical experience with office tools such as Excel and Google Spreadsheets
・Other:
- Able to use a computer for extended periods
- Good communication skills
- Punctual and responsible

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Work experience in customer support via email
- Work experience in using Chinese
- Passionate about games and aspiring to work in the gaming industry
