Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
Promote and manage all back-office operations (data checking, review, data entry).

・Promote and manage either the general back-office operations (data checking, review, data entry) or customer support operations (chat/email) for a Japanese e-commerce site.
・Participate in meetings with Japanese group companies, and work with your supervisor to report, consult, and coordinate.
・Participate in meetings with Japanese clients, and work with your supervisor to report, consult, and coordinate.
・Measure team/operational KPIs and conduct quality control.
・Manage team attendance and evaluate/assess employees.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Language: Japanese (business level, JLPT N2 holder or above)
・Experience:
- Experience in BPO operations or customer support in Japanese: 4 years or more
- Experience as a team leader or supervisor: 2 years or more
- Communication (conversation) with Japanese clients in Japanese: 1 year or more
- Understanding of hospitality in customer support

 <Preferable Skills / Experience>
・2 years or more of full-time work experience at a general company in Japan
・4 years or more of experience living in Japan
