Job Description
<Job Objective> Support BrSE (Bridge Engineer) in communicating and defining requirements between Japanese client and engineering team. This position is mainly responsible for documenting system requirements, ensuring compliance with existing functionality, supporting operational tasks and contributing to the smooth implementation of the project. <Job Responsibilities> ・Belong to IT/ System Development department ・Work closely with BrSE (who will directly communicate with Japanese customers) ・Support organization and revision of documents drafted by BrSE ・Collect and analyze system requirements from engineers and internal departments ・Review and validate requirements from the Japanese side, ensuring compatibility with the current system ・Support clarification and structuring of requirements for the development team ・Detect conflicts or potential issues in requirements and support resolution through BrSE or direct analysis ・Maintain information flow between technical team and stakeholders ・Perform operational tasks as needed: update data, monitor status, coordinate with related departments ・Support test case preparation and participate in quality assurance when needed <Job opportunities> This position is the starting point for candidates who wish to develop into advanced communication roles in IT. After acquiring knowledge of systems and project processes, Business Analysts can advance to: ・IT Communicator – expanding the role of bridging between technical and business ・Bridge System Engineer (BrSE) – taking on all communication with Japanese customers and coordinating system design The company will support training and mentoring to promote career development.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Any ・Age: 24-30 ・Gender: Any ・Language: Japanese Business Level (prefer N2 and above) and English Conversational Level (can read and understand documents in English) ・Experience: 2+ years of experience in the IT industry or in an in-house IT department <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experience as a Business Analyst or BrSE support role ・Experience working with Japanese clients or offshore development teams ・Proficiency in document creation tools (Confluence, Word, Excel…) ・Knowledge of business process modeling or requirements management framework <Preferable Personality> ・Good teamwork skills ・Good communication skills ・Meticulous, can organize work systematically <Ideal candidate> ・Young, enthusiastic about learning about information technology and system development ・Sociable, enjoys communicating and connecting between parties ・Confident in creating accurate and well-structured documents ・Proactive, curious and eager to develop into higher positions such as IT Communicator or BrSE
