Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Work directly with Japanese clients and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify business and technical requirements. - Act as the main communication bridge between the Japanese client and the Vietnam development team, managing all project-related Q&A. - Collaborate with the Project Manager to manage project progress, deadlines, and ensure the final product meets the client's expectations.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Education: Bachelor's Degree - Language: Japanese - Business Level (JLPT N2 or above) - Experience: + 2 years of experience in software development (PHP) + More than 2 years of BrSE + Team management required + Experience in deploying applications on STG (Staging) and PRD environments (Production) + Experience in applying AI to improve performance <Preferred skills> - Experience in web application or E-comerce is big plus
