<Job Responsibilities>
- Interact with a Japanese representative to understand the requirements.
- Analyze requirements and create necessary materials (eg, functional/non-functional requirement definition documents, external design documents, requirement confirmation documents).
- Communicate specifications correctly to developers.
- Respond to QA from members regarding specifications and environment. If necessary, we will cooperate with the parties concerned.
- Check if the deliverable meet the requirements.
- Periodically report the progress and problems of the project.
- Manage project progress.
- Build a good relationship with YJ.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education: Bachelor in IT Major
- Gender: Any from 26 to 32
- Japanese: business level N2 or higher
- 4+ years of experience in web application development.
- 1+ year of BrSE experience in Japanese projects.
- Experience as a development team leader.
- Bright, open and friendly personality.
- Good at stakeholder management and Documentation skills.
- Critical thinking, creative thinking, analytical thinking, Independence, participation.
<Preferable Requirements>
- Experience in introducing various development processes (Waterfall, Agile).
- Studying in Japan or working in JapaN, or working experience for a Japanese company.
- Experience in developing front-end (VueJS, ReactJS) and NodeJS.
- Experience in system maintenance and operation.
