Essential Requirements - Qualification/Certificate: Bachelor's Degree - Language Skills: Very good Japanese communication skills (equivalent to N2) - Gender: Any - Age: Any - Experience: Must have software development experience, from Detail Design to Unit Test is indispensable - Have project management experience like as progress management, project management, quality management, etc. as well as more than 2 years of experience of managing the team of more than 10 members - Development language: Java, .NET - Experience of Development Processes in at least Detail Design, Coding, Unit Test - Good interpersonal & teamwork skill, and take the Leadership - Have sense of responsibility - Capability for problem-solving - Able to work under high pressure - Can read and write Japanese documents - Willing to take business trip to Japan more than 3 months Desirable Character: - Personality: proactive, hardworking, careful, detailed
