<Job Responsibilities> - The Bridge System Engineer (Bridge SE) will mainly be responsible for the following duties: Planning, progress management, quality management, cost management, and risk management of system development projects (primarily offshore development). + Leading the development team, assigning tasks to members, monitoring progress, providing technical guidance, and managing motivation. + Defining requirements, coordinating specifications, and reporting progress with clients and stakeholders in both Japan and Vietnam. + Solving technical issues and proposing optimal solutions. + Proposing and implementing improvements to the development process. + Training and mentoring junior engineers.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering/ Software Development/ IT ・Language: Japanese - Business Level - equivalent to JLPT N2 or above AND English - Business Level - for use in client interactions and internal communication. ・Experience: ・Experience: + Practical experience in software development. + Prefer multiple experiences as a Project Manager (PM) in actual system development projects. + Business communication skills in Vietnamese. <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Knowledge of or practical experience with PMBOK. ・Experience as a PM in offshore development projects. ・In-depth knowledge and experience with specific technology stacks (e.g., Java, Python, C++, C#, React, Vue.js, AWS, Azure, etc.).
