<Position Overview> The Associate Sales role is mainly responsible for delivering high-quality programs aligned with client needs across various projects, including: ・Training and development planning & operations ・New business development ・Business process reform ・HR system design and review ・Sustainability strategy planning ・Employee engagement surveys The Associate Sales will work closely with sales representatives and consultants to ensure smooth project execution and service quality. <Job Description> - Support projects handled by sales representatives - Prepare and translate training materials and project-related documents - Accompany consultants and support program delivery - Support inside sales (follow-up with existing clients)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age: 25–39 years old (40+ may be considered depending on qualifications) ・Gender: Any ・Education: Bachelor’s degree or above (Graduates from Japanese universities preferred) ・Language: Japanese - Business Level (Equivalent to JLPT N2 upper level) ・Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, administration, or planning roles in Japanese companies ※ OJT training will be conducted at the Hanoi Head Office for approximately 1 month ※ Accommodation will be arranged by the company during the training period <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Candidates with consulting experience or strong immediate contribution potential are welcome. ・Work experience in Japan (including internships) ・Experience working under Japanese management ・Experience in B2B intangible sales or project management ・Experience in consulting, HR, finance, IT, or trading companies preferred This role involves proposing customized solutions rather than selling fixed products, so experience in solution-based industries is highly preferred.
