Job Description
<Position Objective/Expectation >
- The Administrative Staff is responsible for supporting day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficient administrative processes, and assisting internal departments and expatriate staff, particularly Japanese personnel, in a culturally sensitive and professional manner.
<Job Responsibilities>
* General Administration:
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment procurement
- Maintain and organize company documents, contracts, and records
- Handle office maintenance and coordinate with service providers
* Human Resources & Labor Compliance:
- Support HR tasks such as timekeeping, leave tracking, and staff records
- Assist in onboarding/offboarding procedures
- Coordinate with local authorities or agencies for work permits, visas, and labor reports for foreign staff
* Accounting Support:
- Handle petty cash and expense claims
- Assist with invoice checking and coordination with accounting vendors or in-house accountants
* Support to Japanese Management:
- Interpret or translate documents (Japanese – Vietnamese – English) as needed
- Arrange business trips, accommodation, and transportation for Japanese staff or guests
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: College or university degree in Business Administration, Foreign Languages, or related field
・Gender: Female Preferred
・Experience: At least 1 year in an admin/general affairs position
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience in a Japanese company is a plus
