Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
1. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
2. Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
3. Support Foreigner living in HCM ( apartment/ Visa/)
4. Support travelers come to HCM for a business trip ( Hotel booking/ air ticket/ car arrange to pick up)
5. Control: Business trips, taking a separate job, taking sick leave, taking leave, having stopped working…
6. Translate into Japanese to Vietnamese and English into Vietnamese and conversely.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education: Bachelor's Degree, major in Administration or Japanese Language
- Language: Japanese - Business Level and English - Conversational Level
- Experience: From 1 to 2 years of Interpreting/ Admin experience in any industry
- Others:
+ Communication/listening/feedback skills
+ Record-keeping/management skills
+ Office administration skills
- Understand IT software
