<Job Responsibilities> 1. Finance & Budget Control Prepare monthly revenue and expense reports Make short-term and long-term financial plans Monitor and control cash flow 2. Accounting Operations Check and approve receipts and payment documents Make monthly payments to suppliers Prepare internal accounting documents 3. Closing & Reporting Prepare financial statements Prepare internal management reports Report to the Board of Directors 4. Tax & Compliance Prepare and submit monthly VAT and PIT reports Finalize annual Personal Income Tax (PIT) Work with tax authorities during tax audits 5. Payroll & Social Insurance Calculate payroll for Vietnamese and expatriate staff Calculate Personal Income Tax (PIT) Prepare reports for the social insurance increase/decrease 6. Administration & HR Support Support administration and HR-related activities Perform other accounting and finance tasks as assigned ＜仕事内容＞ ① 財務管理・予算管理（Financial Planning & Control） 月次の収益・費用レポートの作成 短期および中長期の財務計画・予算の策定 キャッシュフローの管理および資金繰りのモニタリング ② 経理業務・支払管理（Accounting Operations） 領収書・支払伝票等の確認および承認、社内規定への適合性チェック 仕入先への月次支払業務 経理・財務関連の内部資料作成 ③ 決算・財務報告（Closing & Financial Reporting） 財務諸表の作成 社内向け管理レポートの作成 取締役会向け報告資料の作成 ④ 税務業務・税務対応（Tax & Compliance） 月次のVAT・PIT申告書の作成および期限内提出 個人所得税（PIT）の年次確定 税務調査・税務監査時の税務当局対応 ⑤ 給与・社会保険（Payroll & Social Insurance） ベトナム人および外国人従業員の給与計算 個人所得税（PIT）の計算 社会保険の加入・脱退に関する増減レポート作成 ⑥ 管理部門業務（Administration & HR Support） 総務・人事関連業務の管理およびサポート 取締役会の指示に基づくその他の経理・財務・管理業務
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor’s degree or above ・Gender: Female ・Age: Around 30s ・Language: Japanese business level: (N2 level equivalent) ・Experience: - Experience working at a Japanese trading company - Management experience in an accounting/finance department - Proven experience in successfully obtaining VAT refunds -Experience in handling applications for issuance and renewal of Work Permits (WP) and Temporary Residence Cards (TRC) ・Certification / Others - Chief Accountant certification (mandatory) - Have experience and knowledge of IFRS (preferred) ＜必須条件＞ 学歴：大学卒業以上 性別：女性 年齢：30代 言語：日本語：N1またはN2相当レベル 経験： ・日系商社または日系企業での勤務経験 ・経理部門でのマネジメント経験 ・VAT還付を実際に達成した経験 資格・その他 ・Chief Accountant 資格保持者
