Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> ・Create drawings using 3D CAD based on given instructions (about 80% of the job, main duty) ・Design targets may include both molds and manufacturing products ・Create and revise drawings based on design instructions and specifications ・Check drawings related to the production line and coordinate technically with the site when necessary ・Discuss design matters with the Japanese manager in Japanese ・Communicate instructions from the Japanese manager to on-site members in Vietnamese ＊Production line management tasks (production control, worker management, etc.) are basically not included. ＜職務内容＞ ・指示内容をもとに、3D CADを使用した設計・製図業務（業務全体の約80％／メイン業務） ※設計対象は金型および製造プロダクトのいずれも対応する可能性があります ・設計指示書・仕様書に基づく図面作成および修正対応 ・生産ラインに関連する図面内容の確認および、必要に応じた現場との技術的なすり合わせ ・設計内容に関する日本人マネージャーとの打ち合わせおよび日本語でのコミュニケーション ・日本人マネージャーからの指示内容をベトナム語で現場メンバーへ共有 ※生産ラインの管理業務（生産管理・作業員管理等）は基本的に含まれません。
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Age: 29–38 years old ・Gender: Male only ・Education: College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree ・Language: - Intermediate Japanese level (able to communicate with Japanese managers) ・Experience: - More than 2 years of experience in managing production lines and workers in the mechanical industry ・Skill: - Able to use 3D CAD for drawing work <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experience working in a Japanese factory as a technical intern is a plus ＜必須スキル／経験＞ ・年齢：29～38歳 ・性別：男性のみ ・学歴：短大卒または大学卒 ・語学：日本語中級レベル（日本人マネージャーと業務上のコミュニケーションが可能な方） ・経験：機械業界において、生産ラインおよび作業員の管理経験が2年以上ある方 ・スキル：3DCADを使用した製図が可能な方 ＜歓迎スキル／経験＞ ・技能実習生として日本の工場で勤務した経験がある方
