<Job Responsibilities>
- Execute effective recruitment plans to meet hiring goals. 
- Collaborate with department heads to align hiring needs with organizational goals. 
- Build and maintain a robust talent pool for current and future hiring needs. 
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice. 
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance the talent acquisition process. 
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit. 
- Provide excellent service to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. 
- Participate in activities that foster a positive workplace culture. 
- Analyze recruitment data to continuously improve processes and channels. 
- Optimize recruitment channels, processes, costs, timelines, and employer branding.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education background: Bachelor's Degree
・Language skills: English - Business Level (both written and verbal)
・Experience: 
- Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, including at least 1 year in IT recruitment
- Prior experience in an FDI company, with a proven track record of successfully hiring for senior-level positions.
・Knowledge: 
- Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment methodologies
- Familiar with digital branding concepts, including blog writing and branding design
・Skills
- Experienced in multi-channel hiring to attract top talent in the IT industry. 
- Proficient in data handling and analysis to drive informed decision-making. 
- Strong negotiation skills.
