Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage internal IT work - Install IT equipment such as computers and network equipment. - Manage and fix problems related to IT equipment - Investigate and respond to IT-related issues from company employees - Training IT-related content for company employees (For example: how to use basic software such as Notes & Teams) - Buy and manage IT equipment (Computers, phones, WIFI, etc.)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Graduated from College or above ・Gender: Any ・Age: Under 40 ・Language: English - Intermediate Level ・Experience: - Have at least 2 years of experience as IT support at foreign companies - Understand clearly about Windows PC & server, Microsoft Office (Excel), Microsoft Office365 and Active Directory <Skills>: - Ability to respond flexibly to urgent problems and changes - Good communication to cooperate with other departments in the company
