Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage and monitor backups
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Provide desktop and server support
- Ensure security updates and system upgrades are applied and kept up to date on desktops and laptops
- Install antivirus software on all desktops and laptops
- Troubleshoot hardware-related issues for laptops and desktops
- Report faults and maintain logs for servers, desktops, and laptops
- Maintain records and logs for all equipment and users
- Apply patches and upgrades to core servers
- Maintain accurate records of all purchased software licenses
- Maintain and improve internal applications or web systems
Other
• Prepare documents, meeting materials and correspondence
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the IT Manager

Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Graduation from a university
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: At least 2 years of experience as IT Support/ System Administration/ IT Infrastructure, ETC.
+ Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, Excel Macro, PHP, VBA, C#, SQL, cloud technology, Hyper-V
・Skills & personality:
- Good communication skills: Group discussion, work well in a team environment.
- Must be enthusiastic, self-motivated, earnest, cooperativeness
- Working under a deadline and high pressure
