Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems via phone - Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local PCs - Assist with onboarding of new users - Install, test and configure new PCs, peripheral equipment and software - Maintain physical inventory of IT equipment - Manage PC inventory by using inventory software and perform regular assessment - Manage and update Windows update service - Manage and update Windows deployment service - Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required - Analyze request received through IT helpdesk and make continuous improvements using automation - Other tasks assigned by Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Gender: Male - Age: 26 - 35 - Language: English conversational - Education: University/ College with in Information Systems major or related fields - Minimum 4 years experiences in same position/ job duties - Experiences on Windows 10, Windows Server 2012/ 2016 - Familiar with PC hardware, printers, scanners - Experiences in Helpdesk supporting systems including WSUS, WDS, Antivirus, PC inventory - Understanding about client PC connectivity – Ethernet, TCP/IP and VPN - Capable of working in weekend and over time if require - Computer skills - Mechanical skills <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Documenting skill is a plus
