Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> • Design and make technical documents for proposals to submit to customers • Support sales to present or explain to customers for proposal. • Follow up, manage project progress and take prompt action to ensure it is on schedule, and meet customer demand. • Solve the troubles that occur while the projects are in process (if any) by cooperating with other colleges in the team. • Install software for IT equipment such as Application software for PC, Software for servers. • Install driver for hardware such as Printer, USB… • Config for WAN and security equipment such as Router, Firewall… • Deliver equipment to customers at schedule assigned by Managers. • Take responsibility for the technology of whole projects even after finishing. • Maintain and develop close, good relationships with customers for long-term business opportunities. • Make troubleshooting for customers if any. • Give IT consult to customer if requested. • Support for customers after sales in case of trouble or warranty. • Make reports : + Make Service Report as Standard of company's service. + Make reports of projects on the process and on schedule. + Make reports of new plan and strategy (if any) + Make reports of trouble and solutions.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Age: under 34 - Gender: Any - Education's Background: Bachelor's Degree - Experience: + From 3 - 4 years of working experience in IT field. + Have experience with at least 1 of these skills: 1) Good IT skills and knowledge of PC, and Server (Windows OS is main, Linux is a plus) 2) Good IT skills and knowledge of Network equipment (Router, Switch, Firewall and etc) - Language: English - Business Level <Preferable Skill / Experience> 1) PABX (PBX) 2) Access Control 3) Security Camera 4) Cabling (LAN/Tel) 5) Power (Electricity) 6) Virtualization, Cloud, SDWan 7) Operation Work (Monitoring, helpdesk or etc) 8) IP-VPN and Internet VPN 9) WAN design including Leased line, MPLS and etc
