Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Solution Consulting: Analyze customer IT requirements, provide technical advice, and propose suitable solutions. - Project Implementation & Management: Lead or participate in the execution of IT projects for Middle/Large customers, ensuring delivery within scope, quality, and timeline. - Operation & Maintenance on premium customers: Provide ongoing support, monitoring, and maintenance for deployed IT systems to ensure optimal performance and availability. - Maintain Customer Relationship: Act as a primary technical point of contact or Customer Manager for assigned accounts. - Support Customer issues in SLA, responsibility with best effort: Respond to and resolve customer technical issues within agreed Service Level Agreements, taking full responsibility and demonstrating proactive effort. - Give improvement in IT system and internal process: Identify and propose enhancements to customer IT infrastructure and internal operational workflows. - Consult & compose IT solution based on customer requirement: Translate business needs into technical specifications and design comprehensive IT solutions. - Manage & coordinate vendor(s) works: Oversee the activities of external vendors to ensure their deliverables meet project standards. - Lead, give advice other junior engineers: Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to less experienced team members during project execution. - Lead small group of Engineers in project implementation: Manage a technical team, controlling progress status and reporting to line management. - Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree - English at Conversational Level (can communicate with clients) - At least 1-3 years of experience for the Junior level and 3-5 years of experience for the Middle level in the System Engineer position
