Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Gather business requirements from internal operation departments and outside stakeholders
- Assist stakeholders in defining requirements and give recommendations on IT perspectives
- Create Business Requirement Definitions document & other related documents such as wireframe, backlog….
- Manage change requests for continuing project improvements
- Act as project PMO to arrange meetings, draft meeting minutes, and manage contracts with IT vendors (vendor procurement/payment)
- Other activities assigned by IT department head
Job Requirement

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or computer science
- 1 - 2 years of working experience as a business analyst
- Good knowledge of software development life cycle
- Basic knowledge of programming languages
- Basic knowledge on databases such as database schema and simple SQL query

- Experienced in banking/financial fields is a plus
