Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - To process international sales orders - To purchase goods and materials from different countries through the company network system - To manage goods receipt at warehouses in Hong Kong and Vietnam - To manage delivery schedule to meet customer requests - To arrange the shipments, import, and export activities under VN customs rule in coordination with forwarders - To coordinate with other Departments for customer support (customer inquiries, complaints, credit problems…) - Any other tasks assigned by the manager from time to time
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Education: Bachelor's Degree, majoring in International Trade or International Economics ・Gender: Female ・Age: from about 25 -35 ・Language: Japanese Business level (equivalent N2 level above) OR English Business to Fluent level ・Experience: Have at least 3 years of experience in import-export/logistics/ supply chain management of international trading in trading companies <Preferred personality> - Smart and logical thinking, ability to work independently - Capable of working under high pressure - Trust, dynamic, hard-working, and high responsibilities, eager to learn, and good personality - Have a strong passion and long-term oriented career path in import/export, logistics, and SCM business - Graduated from a reputable University such as FTU or NEU.
