Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
・Manage interior construction projects for retail stores (mainly in shopping malls)
・Control project schedule, cost, and quality
・Coordinate with clients and internal teams
・Manage subcontractors and on-site workers
・Ensure safety management and quality control at the construction site
・Prepare reports and documents using Excel and other basic software
・Handle multiple projects simultaneously
・Support project execution through frequent short-term business trips
Job Requirement

・Age: 22 ~ 30 years old
・Gender: Any
・Education: College Diploma
・Language: Not required
・Experience:
・More than 2 years of experience in interior construction management (retail or residential)
・Personality:
・Able to take initiative and handle on-site tasks proactively
・Strong coordination and communication skills
・Flexible and willing to travel for business trips
・Skill:
- Can use Excel
・Others
- Can go on a business trip. (Mainly HN)
