Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Support for the sales department and internal operations
- Liaison with domestic and international suppliers
- Preparation for customs clearance
- Support for procuring raw materials and supplies
- Processing procedures for obtaining Certificates of Origin
- Internal general affairs tasks
- Human resources procedures such as recruitment, payroll, and insurance
- Support for preparing documentation for audits, etc.
- Other tasks as directed by managers
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's Degree major in Trading/Commerce
・Foreign Language: Business skills in English (TOEIC score is required when applying, around TOEIC 850, need certificate)
・Experience and Skills:
- Having work experience in the garment industry as a trading staff or Import-Export staff
- Able to prepare import/export documents (preferably with at least 10ys experience)
- Good knowledge of Procedures for obtaining a Certificate of Origin
- Trade qualification preferred
- Can support back office tasks
- Have good knowledge of the textile trading business
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Good understanding of trade with EPE companies
・Having work experience in a Korean or Taiwanese garment company
・Having good knowledge of GA/HR tasks (payroll, BHXH, hiring, etc)
・Having knowledge or experience in the audit process
