<Job Responsibilities> Tiến hành các hoạt động đào tạo trong nội ・bộ theo chương trình của công ty ・Phụ trách công việc liên quan đến tuyển dụng ・Nhập liệu và quản lý thông tin nhân viên ・Theo dõi chấm công và tính lương hàng tháng/ Thực hiện hợp đồng lao động cho nhân viên/ ・Thực hiện các quy trình kê khai, báo cáo của các loại bảo hiểm ・Triển khai và thu thập các hồ sơ đánh giá/ Các công việc khác của HRGA và theo sự chỉ đạo của quản lý
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Education: Bachelor degree - Language skill: English Conversational Level - Age: 24-30 ・Gender: Any Gender Welcome ・Experience of HR of 2 year more. ・Have enough HR experience (Priority for having experience, Interview and hiring experience, payroll calculation, Training ) ・Working experience at Japanese company ・Having good communication skills and presentation skill ・Obtain skills of MS Office of word, excel, pp <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Language skill: Japanese Conversational Level - Having experience in service industry is more preferable
