Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1. Recruitment and Retention • Take responsibility for recruitment activities including but not limited: Job-posting, CV collection, sourcing potential candidates from internal and external introduction, first-round interviews… • Co-ordinate with line managers to clarify specific requirements of vacancies; • Advise and improve the hiring process; • Implement onboard training and orientation; • Conduct an exit interview to propose improvement ideas on working environment and remuneration; 2. C&B (Compensation & Benefit) • Collect and manage all of employee information; • Develop monitoring and management system for working hours; • Register or update changes (if any) to Insurance Department; • Prepare and calculate monthly, compulsory insurance; • Support PIT finalizations at year-end; • Control absence, disciplinary, grievances, sickness…etc; 3. Employee Relations • Collect information of employee satisfaction and identify areas that need improvement; • Co-ordinate and advise line managers on labor issues; • Deal with complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues, keep the balance between company business and employee interests; 4. Contracts & Procedures • Prepare, and follow up new labor contracts, tracking contract list, and expired contracts; • Create and update procedures/decisions/forms for HR department; • Improve and revise company regulations; 5. IT • Troubleshooting computer-related problems; • Keep track of IT expenses; • Server and IT assets/consumables; • Find the cause and handle system problems (on the server or the network); • Hardware installation and software installation; 6. Other tasks • ISO quality management; • Update Master-list of employees; • Keep track of IT expenses; • Server and IT assets/consumables; • Organize annual Company trip, annual health check, 24/24 insurance, birthday, Company Parties, Company Events, etc… • Support tasks related to visa, work permits, licenses, certificates, UIC insurance, and certificates…; • Other tasks assigned by managers;

<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Age: from 25 - 32 - Gender: Male preferred - Education: Bachelor's Degree - Language: English - Business Level - Experience: + Have at least 3 years of working experience as an HR Staff in any industry <Preferrable skill> - Have IT support skill
