<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Gender: Female only - Age: 32 - 40 - Education Background: Bachelor's Degree, major in HR Management is preferable - Experience: + Have at least 8 years of working experience in the HR field with solid knowledge about human management + Have experience as an HR Manager in manufacturing companies or factories - Language: English - Business Level <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Have HR experience in Korean manufacturing companies is preferable - Have HR experience in steel industry is preferable
