<Job Description> ・General HR & Admin tasks Prepare and manage company documents, control office supplies, handle visitors and phone calls, support internal events, and manage basic daily office operations. ・Support for payroll Collect and check attendance data, confirm overtime and leave records, input payroll data, and update employee information (new hires, resignations, salary changes). ・Social insurance & labor procedures Support social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance registration and cancellation for new hires and leavers, prepare related documents, and assist with labor-related applications. ・Employee data & document management Update employee database, organize personnel files, and manage contracts and application documents. ・Other administrative support Assist in updating internal rules, support recruitment (schedule interviews, manage candidates), and help with basic safety and health tasks.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age: 25 ~ 40 ・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Foreign language: Not Required ・Experience: - Around 2 years of exp in GA&HR and related fields. ・Other: Can join ASAP <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Japanese - Intermediate Level
