<Job Description> I. Human Resources Management (HR): * Recruitment: - Develop plans and implement the recruitment process. - Post job advertisements, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and propose hiring decisions. * Employee Records Management: - Store and update employee information and labor contracts. - Payroll and Benefits Management: - Calculate salaries, bonuses, allowances, and benefits. - Manage social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance. * Personal Income Tax (PIT): - Calculate and report monthly/quarterly PIT. - Annual PIT settlement. * Training and Development: - Develop employee training plans. - Evaluate performance and create career development plans. * Disciplinary Management and Policies: - Handle disciplinary issues, complaints, and labor disputes. - Develop and manage HR policies and regulations. II. Administrative Management (GA): * Office Management: - Monitor, purchase, and manage office equipment and stationery. - Supervise services such as cleaning, security, and asset maintenance. * Event Coordination: - Organize activities such as team-building events, company parties, and seminars. * Legal Support: - Handle business licenses, visas, work permits for foreign employees, and other permits (if any). - Work with government agencies when necessary. * Administrative Budget Management: - Develop and control the budget for administrative activities. * Contract Review: - Review simple contracts such as purchase agreements, supplier contracts, including company information, payment terms, etc. III. Accounting Tasks: - Provide support for basic accounting activities such as payments, invoice verification, submitting documents to the consulting accounting firm, etc. - Perform tasks as directed by the supervisor.
Job Requirement
<Nescessary Skills> - Education: College or university degree in Human Resource Management, - Economics, Law, or related fields. - Languages: English or Japanese - Business Level - Experience: From 2 - 5 years of experience in HR & GA in a manufacturing plant of foreign companies. - Knowledge of labor laws, social insurance, and related legal regulations. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. <Preferred Skills> - Experience in a Japanese manufacturing company, working with Japanese personnel. - Ability to communicate in both languages.
