Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
Human Resources (70%)
- Develop and enhance HR strategies, policies, and systems aligned with business goals and legal standards.
- Lead initiatives across total rewards, workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning.
- Drive Learning & Development, employee engagement, and change management programs.
- Provide expert guidance on HR policy, labor law, and employee relations.
- Oversee HR budgeting, HRIS management, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Analyze HR data to support decision-making and present reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO, and legal requirements.
- Manage and mentor the HR team, fostering continuous improvement and leadership development.

Administration & GA (30%)
- Oversee all administrative operations, including facilities, asset management, procurement, and legal documentation.
- Manage expatriate processes (visa, work permit, residence card) and company legal documents.
- Administer insurance programs, health checks, and employee wellness initiatives.
- Organize company events and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
- Supervise and evaluate the Admin team, manage budgets, and improve operational efficiency.
- Act as key contact with SEOHQ and JPHQ to align local practices with regional/global policies.
- Lead digital transformation and risk management in Admin-GA functions.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender: Any
・Age: 35~45 years old 
・Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
・Language: English at Business level
・Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in HR and Administration, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Knowledge of Logistics Industry is an advantage.
・Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and administrative operations.

・Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
・Experience working in multinational or matrix organizations is a plus.
