Job Description
<Position Objective/Expectation > - General support for B2B business in Vietnam, purchasing IT hardware from manufacturers and selling it to local corporations as a B2B business. <Job Responsibilities> - Sales activities, including customer engagement, presales, and post-sales support - Establish new relationships with Vietnamese suppliers and expand networks with makers in Vietnam - Assist the company's regional team with all sales matters related to Vietnam - Operate the Vietnam office, including general requirements and office administrative tasks <Specifics> Connecting with customers and receiving order requests from overseas partners (mainly the UK, Europe, etc.) Preparing quotes and purchase orders (invoices are supported from the Japanese side) Supporting delivery Also visiting resellers, attending various meetings, and traveling as needed (Mostly accepting orders, with 90% being passive customer support, and 10% representing the possibility of developing new customers in the future.) *Relation & get Support from Malaysia, Japan, and Korea.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Gender: Any ・Age: Any ・Language: English - Business level or above (Will communicate with the European company and the Client group company) ・Experience: more than 3 years of experience in the sales of related IT hardware - Having good knowledge of Hardware products - Experience building customer relationships - Experience with customer service, taking orders, and placing orders - Ability to manage work independently from home. - Ability to work from home and travel on business trips <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Having experience in Hardware sales at a senior level ・Have good communication skills with a native speaker ・Can follow the delivery schedule and the ordering process *After a certain period, there is a possibility of training abroad.
