Job Description
<Job Summary> We are engaged in the production of architectural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) drawings in Vietnam, specializing in creating MEP design and construction drawings using BIM (Building Information Modeling). We handle a wide range of projects for the Japanese market, including urban development, factories, office buildings, and hospitals. <Job Responsibilities> ・Create MEP design and construction drawings based on requests from the design department in Japan ・Attend meetings with the Japanese design team ・Perform quality control of completed drawings ・Respond to and resolve issues as they arise ・Provide support to team members as needed *The work content may change depending on your experience and the office you work at.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age: 27 ~ 40 ・Gender: Any ・Education: Bachelor's Degree or above ・Foreign Language: Japanese intermediate (internal communication, N2 level) ・Experience: - At least 4 years of experience in designing or construction drawings or construction management in the MEP field. ・Can use design software (AutoCAD or other 2D CAD software is acceptable). <Others> Candidate can choose to work in Hanoi Office or HCMC Office <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Revit or Rebro experience
