Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including Receiving, Storage, Material Issuing, and Inventory Control.
- Ensure accurate and timely material supply to production lines.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through Cycle Counting and Physical Inventory.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement Continuous Improvement activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, 5S standards, environmental requirements, and company policies.
- Lead, train, assign work, and evaluate warehouse staff.
- Coordinate with Production, Production Planning (PPC), Purchasing, Quality, Import & Export, and other related departments.
- Optimize warehouse layout and material flow to improve operational efficiency.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse operation reports for management.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Business English proficiency (both written and spoken).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment.
- At least 3 years of supervisory or team leader experience in managing a raw material warehouse.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- High sense of responsibility and accountability, honest, reliable, trustworthy, detail-oriented, well organized, ability to work under pressure, continuous improvement mindset, strong teamwork.

<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Experience in the electronics, automotive, electrical equipment, or precision manufacturing industry.
- Experience working in a Japanese manufacturing company.
- Basic knowledge of import and export procedures.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 requirements related to warehouse operations.
- Forklift operation certification or practical experience.
- Experience managing imported materials and bonded warehouse operations in an Export Processing Enterprise (EPE).
