Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Make drawing list & drawing schedule following “Construction Master Schedule” - Preparation of the detailed shop drawing from the design drawings. Combine civil drawings with M&E drawings. - Drawing while understanding materials and construction methods, can detect collisions when combining ME drawings, and handle conflicting collisions. - Making temporary facilities drawings, construction methods if required. - Checking shop drawing from sub-contractor (Steel structure, Door, Windows, Finishing drawings…) - Coordinate with the relevant departments of design, QS & Construction team for the preparation of shop-drawings submissions for approval, including the related details of the civil part and the M&E parts - Ensure that all shop drawings must be done with constructability to company's standard, be practical, easy to understand, able to meet Client's expectations, and have good profitability for the Company
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil and/or Architectural Engineering ・Gender: Any ・Age: 25-40 years old ・Language: English - Conversational level (communication can read and understand technical documents written in English) ・Experience: At least 3 years of experience in shop drawing ・Skill: High proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office ・Other: Can work at construction sites and the Hanoi office. <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Having worked for a Japanese general contractor ・Knowing how to use Revit <Preferred personality> ・Able to prioritize tasks well and able to work independently. ・Resourceful, pay attention to details, and have good communication skills.
