Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Provide maintenance and repair services for installed equipment - Support technical communication between internal teams and customers - Conduct equipment inspections and maintenance at existing customer sites - Provide initial troubleshooting and coordinate with the technical team when issues arise - Visit customer sites, support equipment installation, and troubleshoot technical issues - Prepare service reports and explain the work performed to customers
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Education Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher - Language Skill: No specific language requirement (Resume must be submitted in English) - At least 5 years of experience as a Field Engineer working with production equipment or tools <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Work experience in the manufacturing industry or at a trading company - Design work or sales engineer experience - Over 10 years of engineering experience
