Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Participate in large projects from parent company clients in Japan; develop, deploy, and maintain Web/App software systems with AI integration for enterprise management needs. - Design, develop, and optimize features using Reactjs or Vuejs for frontend. - Develop backend using Python or Java. - Research and deploy AI/LLM/GenAI solutions into products (Chatbot, AI Agent, RAG, Automation, AI Workflow…). - Participate in requirements analysis and system architecture design. - Optimize system performance, security, and scalability. - Perform estimation, assign tasks, review code, and guide junior members. - May participate in building proposals for clients when needed. - Work directly with clients/partners (when needed).
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Hold a Bachelor's degree or above in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related IT field. - At least 5 years of software development experience. - Experience in system design and architecture. <Technical Skills> - Hands-on experience with ReactJS or VueJS. - Proficient in backend development using Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask), .NET, or Java (Spring Boot). - Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs. - Experience with relational or NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.). - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or microservices architecture. - Good knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and Docker. <AI/GenAI Skills> - Experience researching or developing AI/GenAI solutions, including LLMs, chatbots, RAG, prompt engineering, AI agents, or workflow automation. - Knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) is a plus. <Soft skill> - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proactive, responsible, and self-motivated. - Good communication and teamwork skills. - Able to read and understand technical documentation in English <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Knowledge or experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning is an advantage. - Japanese language proficiency (N3 level or above) is highly preferred. - Experience working with Japanese clients is preferred.
