Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Handle and control one or more accounting functions, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Tax, Banking, Inventory, Fixed Assets, and General Ledger (GL) - Monitor and reconcile customer and supplier balances - Perform accounting entries, month-end/year-end closing, and prepare financial and management reports - Prepare tax declarations, support tax finalization, and work with tax authorities - Prepare Transfer Pricing documentation and support related-party transaction reporting - Liaise with external auditors, tax inspectors, and consulting firms - Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Educational Background: Bachelor's degree (full-time program) in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing - Language Skills: English - Business Level Experiences: - 5-7 years of experience in Trading, Import & Export, or FDI companies - Hands-on experience in AR, AP, Tax, Banking, Inventory, Fixed Assets, and General Accounting - Experience in Transfer Pricing, external audits, tax finalization, and tax inspections - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems (SAP is an advantage). Others: - Strong teamwork, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Strong logical thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving capabilities. - Ability to work under pressure, take ownership, demonstrate initiative, and maintain a continuous learning mindset. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Preference will be given to graduates from reputable universities such as Academy of Finance, National Economics University, Banking Academy, Foreign Trade University, or other leading economics and finance institutions - SAP experience is an advantage
