Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Accompany the Japanese Sales Manager on visits to new and existing clients. - Provide support for business meetings that require Vietnamese staff. - Participate in site visits for equipment installation and logistics projects. - Coordinate and participate in internal staff meetings as required. - Handle freight forwarding operations. - Manage customs clearance procedures and customs-related matters. - Provide customer support and general sales administration.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree. - Able to communicate internally in English. - At least 1 year of logistics experience in a trading company or logistics company; OR At least 1 year of sales or sales assistant experience, with the ability to communicate internally in Japanese. - Comfortable accompanying the Japanese Manager on client visits. - Interested in building a long-term career in the logistics industry . <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience as a Sales Assistant in a logistics company. - Experience in freight forwarding and customs clearance. - Customer service or client support experience.
