Job Description
<Position Objective/Expectation> Responsible for project-based corporate sales of commercial and industrial lighting equipment, focusing on relationship building and tailored solutions rather than simple price proposals. <Job Responsibilities> - Conduct sales activities to corporate clients such as construction companies, interior design companies, equipment companies, and manufacturers. - Regularly visit existing customers and build relationships. - Acquire new customers. - Gather project information and conduct proposal activities. - Create quotations and proposals. - Coordinate with internal technical and production departments. - Provide customer support regarding delivery dates and specifications. - Report to Japanese managers.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Education: Bachelor’s degree. - Language: English - conversational level - Experience: At least 3 years of sales or project management experience in the lighting, interior design, construction, or construction materials industry. company in any industry. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Business-level English - Japanese skill - Sales experience targeting Japanese manufacturers or constructors. - Management experience.
