Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Preparation of the detailed shop drawing from the design drawing. - Drawing while understanding materials and construction methods in interior design. - Making concept design (Office / Restaurant / Clinic / Residence / Villa). - Checking shop drawings from sub-contractors. - Coordinating with relevant departments (design, QS, and Construction team) for the preparation and submission of shop drawings for approval, including details of civil and M&E parts. - Ensuring all shop drawings are done to the company’s standard, with constructability, practicality, clarity, meeting client expectations, and ensuring good profitability for the company.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in Civil and/or Architectural Engineering. - Gender: Any. - Age: 25 - 35 years old. - Language: English at Intermediate Level (can read and understand technical documents written in English). - Experience: At least 4 years of experience in concept design / shop-drawing deployment at construction sites. Others: - Site management skills. - High proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office. - Ability to prioritize tasks well and able to work independently. - Be resourceful, pay attention to details, and have good communication skills.
