Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Preparation of the detailed shop drawing from the design drawing. - Drawing while understanding materials and construction methods in interior design - Making concept design (Office / Restaurant / Clinic / Residence / Villa) - Checking shop drawing from subcontractor - Coordinate with the relevant departments of design, QS & Construction team for preparation of shop-drawings submissions for approval including the related details of the civil part and the M&E parts - Ensure that all shop drawings must be done with constructability to company's standard, be practical, easy to understand, able to meet Clients expectations, and have good profitability for the Company
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil and/or Architectural Engineering ・Gender: Any ・Age: 25-35 years old ・Language: English - Conversational level (communication can read and understand technical documents written in English) ・Experience: - At least 4 years of experience in concept design / shop-drawing deployment at construction sites - Have site management skills - High proficiency in AutoCAD / SketchUp / 3Ds MAX / Photoshop / Illustrator / Microsoft Office <Preferred personality> ・Able to prioritize tasks well and able to work independently. ・Resourceful, pay attention to details, and have good communication skills.
