Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Conduct project-based sales activities for corporate clients such as construction companies, interior design companies, equipment companies, and manufacturers - Regularly visit existing customers and build long-term relationships - Develop new customers and acquire new projects - Gather project information from customers and the market and develop potential projects - Propose suitable products and lighting solutions based on customer needs and project specifications - Prepare quotations and proposal documents, and negotiate pricing and specifications with customers - Manage the progress of assigned projects and follow up to secure orders - Coordinate with internal technical and production teams regarding specifications, delivery schedules, and production - Respond to customer inquiries and requests regarding delivery schedules, specifications, quality, and other project-related matters - Report project status, sales progress, and future prospects to the Japanese Manager - In the future, the candidate is expected to independently manage assigned customers and projects and take a leadership role within the sales team ＜仕事内容＞ 建設会社、内装設計会社、設備会社、メーカーなどの法人顧客に対するプロジェクト営業 既存顧客への定期訪問および中長期的な関係構築 新規顧客の開拓および新規プロジェクトの獲得 顧客・市場からのプロジェクト情報の収集および案件化 顧客ニーズやプロジェクト仕様を把握した上での製品・照明ソリューションの提案 見積書・提案資料の作成および価格・仕様に関する顧客との折衝 担当プロジェクトの進捗管理および受注に向けたフォローアップ 社内の技術部門・生産部門との仕様、納期、製造に関する調整 納期・仕様・品質等に関する顧客からの問い合わせや要望への対応 担当案件の状況、営業進捗、今後の見込み等について日本人マネージャーへ報告 将来的には、担当顧客・プロジェクトを主体的に管理し、営業チームをリードすることを期待しています
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher ・Language Skills: - English: Business level (required) ・Experience: - At least 3 years of experience handling projects at a construction company, interior design company, or related company. - Experience handling building materials is preferred, although experience with lighting fixtures is not mandatory. - Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Language Skills: - Japanese: Business level (JLPT N2 or above) ＜必須スキル・経験＞ ・学歴： 大学卒業以上 ・語学力：英語：ビジネスレベル（必須） ・経験： - 建設会社、内装設計会社、または関連企業において、プロジェクトを担当した経験3年以上 - 建材を扱った経験があれば歓迎（照明器具の取扱経験は必須ではありません） - 基本的なPCスキル（Excel、Word、PowerPoint） ＜歓迎スキル・経験＞ ・語学力：日本語：ビジネスレベル（JLPT N2以上）
