Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> • Possess strong experience in M&A transactions across diverse industries, including consumer goods, processing/manufacturing, services, pharmaceuticals, banking & finance, energy, real estate & construction, and project finance; • Conduct research on laws, regulations, and relevant legal developments; • Draft and review legal documents; • Represent clients in negotiations with relevant parties and handle administrative procedures with governmental authorities; • Prepare newsletters and develop presentation materials for seminars; • Provide support to other legal team members as required; and • Perform additional tasks assigned by Senior Associates from time to time.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age: 25-30 ・Gender: Any ・Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law or Economic Law. ・Language: English - Business Level ・Qualified Vietnamese Lawyer ・Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience. ・Solid experience in M&A transactions and corporate matters across various industries such as consumer goods, manufacturing, services, pharmaceuticals, banking & finance, energy, real estate & construction, and project finance. ・Strong knowledge of Vietnamese laws and regulations, particularly in corporate law, investment, and M&A. ・Proven ability to draft, review, and negotiate legal documents in both Vietnamese and English. ・Experience in working with governmental authorities and handling administrative procedures related to corporate and investment matters. ・Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. ・Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills. ・Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple matters under tight deadlines.
