Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Handle architectural design and drawing creation in collaboration with senior designers and Japanese designers - Create and modify architectural drawings using Revit - Support design work based on instructions from senior designers and Japanese designers - Participate in design work for construction projects such as factories and warehouses - Coordinate with related departments, including structural and M&E teams - Perform other architectural design-related tasks as required for the projects ＜業務内容＞ • シニア設計者・日本人設計者と連携しながら、建築意匠設計・図面作成を担当 • Revitを使用した建築図面の作成・修正 • シニア設計者・日本人設計者からの指示に基づく設計業務のサポート • 工場・倉庫などの建設プロジェクトにおける設計業務への参加 • 構造・M&Eなどの関連部門と連携した設計業務 • その他、プロジェクトに必要な建築設計関連業務 将来的には、本人の希望や成長に応じて、顧客や外部設計会社・協力会社など、外部ステークホルダーとの調整・折衝にも業務範囲を広げていただくことを想定しています。
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skills / Experience - Education: Bachelor's degree or above - Language: English - Intermediate level - Experience: - At least 2 years of experience in architectural design - Experience creating architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings - Hands-on experience using Revit is required - Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate smoothly with multiple departments <Preferred Skills / Experience> - Experience working for a Japanese company - Knowledge of structural design and M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) - Knowledge or experience related to construction sites and construction work ＜必須スキル・経験＞ 学歴: 大学卒以上 ・語学： - 英語：中級レベル 経験 - 建築意匠設計の実務経験2年以上 - 平面図、立面図、断面図、詳細図などの建築図面作成経験 - Revitの実務使用経験必須 - 複数部署と円滑に連携できるコミュニケーション能力 ＜歓迎スキル・経験＞ 日系企業での勤務経験 構造・M&E（機械・電気）に関する知識 建設現場・施工に関する知識や経験
