Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> • Develop soles for fashion footwear ordered by the Japan headquarters • Verify sole and mold shapes, and confirm manufacturing conditions • Identify and resolve technical issues to enable mass production • Coordinate and communicate with the Japan headquarters and Vietnam factory
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Educational Background: College Degree - Language Skills: Japanese at an intermediate level (~N2 Level) (Allowances are provided based on qualifications) - Experience: Having at least 2 years of working experience in a Japanese company or in a Japanese business environment Others: - Strong communication and teamwork abilities - Proactive in root cause analysis to resolution, with strong skills in detailed documentation and review - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint - Willing to learn new knowledge of footwear industry <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Ability to review technical drawings using CAD or similar tools
