Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Managing quality of shoes manufactured at Vietnam factory - Managing delivery dates and schedules for shoe production - Coordinating with Japanese head office regarding quality and delivery matters - Coordinating with Vietnam factory (Japanese language communication) - Conducting quality inspections and assessments of footwear products - Monitoring production processes to ensure quality standards are met - Reporting quality issues and implementing corrective actions - Maintaining quality documentation and records
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Educational Background: College Degree - Language Skills: Japanese at an intermediate level (~N2 Level) (Allowances are provided based on qualifications) - Experience: Having at least 2 years of working experience in a Japanese company or in a Japanese business environment Others: - Strong communication and teamwork abilities - Proactive in root cause analysis to resolution, with strong skills in detailed documentation and review - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint - Willing to learn new knowledge of footwear industry <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Ability to review technical drawings using CAD or similar tools
