Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
1/ Sales management
• Market analysis and Support Sales Agency channel management for seniors and managers
• Assist the Department Head in developing sales strategies together with relevant internal teams.
• Track sales performance, market conditions, competitor activities and provide timely updates.
• Conduct market survey and make analysis for seniors and managers
• Support seniors to maintain working relationships with sales agencies.
• Collaborate closely with sales agencies to implement sales activities and improve overall sales performance with seniors and managers.
• Assist senior managers in negotiating cooperation schemes with sales agencies, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and performance expectations.
• Support initiatives to enhance the company’s brand image and reputation among agencies. 
• Monitor to ensure sales agencies comply with company policies, ethical standards, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

2/ Internal Coordination
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Strategic Planning) and internal departments (Accounting, Legal, Design, etc.) to ensure smooth implementation of sales strategies and partner activities. 

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree, major in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or related field. 
・Age: 26 - 30
・Gender: Any
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: 
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or channel/ partner management: 
・Experience working with external sales agencies or real estate developers is a plus
・Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
・Ability to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and thrive under pressure. 
・Key competencies: relationship management, result orientation, communication skills, problem-solving ability.

<Prefer Skills>
- Experience in residential real estate sales is highly preferred.
