Job Description

<Position Objective/Expectation >
Support the Marketing and E-Commerce Sales teams by creating design materials for online sales platforms.
This role mainly works on online campaign visuals and e-commerce content, following brand guidelines and platform requirements.

<Job Responsibilities> 
1) Online Platform Campaign Design (Shopee / Lazada / TikTok Shop)
• Design campaign visuals for monthly and mega campaigns (e.g., 2.2, 3.3, 4.4, …,11.11, 12.12)
• Create online banners and visuals such as:
       o Homepage banners, category banners, store banners
       o Campaign page visuals and promotion blocks
       o Voucher, discount, free gift, and bundle deal visuals
       o Product highlight images and price-focused designs
• Resize and adjust designs to fit each platform format (mobile / desktop, static or simple animation)
• Follow each platform’s design rules, file size, and deadlines

2) E-Commerce Store Content
• Design visuals for official brand stores, including:
       o Store banners and brand story visuals
       o Category and product collection banners
       o New arrivals, best sellers, and seasonal content
• Create product listing images:
       o Main product images (product showcase) and detail images
       o Simple infographics for product benefits and usage
       o Size charts and product information visuals
• Create different design versions to help improve sales performance
3) Online Ads & Social Media Design
• Design creatives for online ads:
       o Facebook / Instagram Ads
       o TikTok Ads
       o Other online display ads (if needed)
• Create visuals for social media:
       o Post and story templates
       o TikTok thumbnails and reels covers
       o Weekly content visuals for product and lifestyle posts
• Support video content with:
       o Simple layouts or storyboards
       o On-screen text, promo end cards, subtitles style
       o Basic motion graphics (if required)
4) Brand & Artwork Management
• Make sure all designs follow brand guidelines (logo, colors, fonts, and overall style)
• Manage artwork files and versions clearly
• Coordinate with marketing, product, and e-commerce teams
• Organize and maintain design files and content folders

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Language Skills: English - Business Level 
・Experience: At least 2 years of experience in:
       o Page design on e-commerce (EC) platforms
       o Campaign material design
       o Content creation

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience in creating corporate website pages
・Experience in content management
・Has Japanese skills
