<Job Responsibilities>
- Be in charge of all administrative documents
- Receive post mails and transfer to related person or departments
- Manage administrative costs, such as telephone charges, taxi charges, express mails, stationaries, leasing house fees, meeting fees, etc.
- Control services from suppliers such as house leasing, transportation, consulting services, insurance services and other suppliers
- Check suppliers' contracts

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Academic background: Bachelor's degree
・Age: above 30y
・Gender: Female only
・Minimum 1 year of experience in GA & Admin in HOTEL or Service-Apartment industry
・Hotel/Service-apartment experience
・Good English Skills-Business
・Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
<Preferable Skill>
・Having experience in foreign hotel or foreign operation company
